- Delegates Only Registration - October 1, 2018 – November 30, 2018:
The registration and hotel reservation system will be open for the voting delegation only. Cost: (District 1-13 $275.00) (Districts 14-20 $165.00)
- Early Bird Registration - December 1, 2018 – February 28, 2019:
The registration and hotel reservation system will be open for all attendees, including Observers. Cost: (District 1-13 $275.00) (Districts 14-20 $165.00)
- Regular Registration - March 1, 2019 – May 1, 2019:
The registration and hotel reservation system will be open for all attendees, including Observers. Cost: (District 1-13 $310.00) (Districts 14-20 $165.00)
- Late Registration – May 2, 2019 – June 15, 2019
